Williams Lea Tag

I started my career with Williams Lea Tag in its formative years. Throughout my 22 years with the company, growth was critical to our success.  In 1999,I relocated to the Far East to establish the firm’s Asia operations. I successfully implemented an Asia Pacific operation and managed one of the fastest-growing divisions.  I built from nil to $200M ground-up new services, and entities in Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand with responsibility for overall sales, marketing, operations, and strategy developed.  Williams Lea Tag specializes in back, middle and front office Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), management, creative and marketing services, and print and logistics.  I participated and contributed to Williams Lea Tag’s alignment and sale to Deutsche Post in 2012.


Following Deutsche Post’s full acquisition of Williams Lea Tag in 2012, I was retained by AgileOne to establish the firm's Asia Pacific operations with overall responsibility for strategy, operations, sales, and marketing. AgileOne is a workforce solution, and talent acquisition provider focused on Managed Services Program (MSP), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Direct Sourcing and Payroll, and Alumni Services.


In 2016, I repatriated to the United States and joined NSource as Director of Operations accountable for developing, leading, and implementing strategic solutions in the legal, banking, and professional services sectors.  NSource is a strategic consulting, technology, and managed services firm focused on client operations rationalization in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO).

Benchmark International 

In 2000, I joined Benchmark International as Senior M&A Director. Benchmark International’s global offices provide business owners in the middle and lower-middle markets with creative, value-maximizing solutions for growing and exiting their businesses. Benchmark International has handled over $5B engagements across 30 industries worldwide. In addition, with decades of global M&A experience, Benchmark International’s deal teams, working from 14 offices worldwide, have assisted hundreds of owners in achieving their objectives and ensuring the continued growth of their businesses. I action Benchmark’s unique and dynamic international offering, ensuring that clients receive privileged access to unparalleled global coverage through our exclusive business intelligence databases encompassing international markets and local representation.


Throughout my career, I have consistently used a results-driven approach to handling all aspects of my responsibilities.  I effectively leveraged my experience and leadership, human capital resources, technology, and program management tools to achieve these results.  I have consistently been accountable for delivering against business plans that ensure the continued growth of the business.  I continuously strive to surpass client expectations and hold in high regard a track record of 100% client retention throughout my career. I fostered commitment within my management team by conducting staff meetings weekly with the focus of imparting team ownership, and purpose, and increasing understanding of organizational priorities, goals, and direction.  I hold myself and others with my team accountable for measurable high quality, timely, and cost-effective results.   I attended and studied Liberal Arts at The New School in New York City.
