Making time to form social bonds and build trust not only combats loneliness, but it also helps teams work together on a tactical level.

Ninety-four percent of workers we surveyed say mutual respect and connection are critical to their team’s success, and 19 percent say it’s the number one factor in their sense of well-being at work.
